Too often, lighting is treated as a finishing touch: selected late, coordinated poorly, or reduced to a list of fixtures. The result is architecture that never quite feels the way it was intended.

At Light + Form Studio, we believe lighting should be considered as thoughtfully as structure, materials, and space. When integrated from the beginning, it doesn't compete with architecture - it reveals it.

Our role is to protect that vision from concept through construction, ensuring every lighting decision strengthens the experience the design was meant to create.

about light + form studio

Light + Form studio was founded by Grace Rote (LC, MIES, LEED AP), an architectural lighting designer with a background in interior design and over a decade of experience collaborating with architects and designers on residential and commercial projects throughout New England and beyond. We help you integrate lighting seamlessly into the built environment by elevating architecture, simplifying decision-making, and creating spaces that feel as good as they look.
