    Our preliminary renovation + fit-out service includes a site visit, existing conditions report, a comprehensive discussion of your goals, and potential solutions for the space. Renovation + Fit-Out studies have the option to be a stand-alone service or can be included as the first phase of an integrated plan.

    Grace is LEED AP BD+C certified and can review documentation supporting lighting specific IAQ & SS Credits for projects pursuing LEED certification at any tier.

  • Revit lighting coordination

    Although not part of our standard integrated lighting design package, Revit coordination and implementation is offered as an added service on a project-by-project basis.

    An hourly fee can be quoted for a la carte services such as stand-alone photometrics, additional document issuances, design meetings, site visits, or any other services offered in our integrated lighting design package.
